How independent are the 'Expert ratings'?
‘Expert ratings’ are written by independent experts within the industry and specialists in office products. OFFI® Reviews is managed by OFFI Test a specialised division of the independent OFFI Institute.

Which part of the product assortment determines the supplier's rating?
In any review of a supplier, only the range of products for office and learning environments is a determining factor.

Bad experience with a well-rated product?
As a user of a well-rated product, it may happen that the product does not meet expectations when used. To find out whether this is due to a manufacturing error or whether the product is not suitable for the task at hand, please notify us. Please use this form.

In what way is it possible for a reviewed or rated supplier to respond to its own review or rating?
Each individual assessment can be responded to as an assessed supplier. This can be done exclusively and only by filling in the response form online. If a supplier has provided a written and reasoned response to a score, this will also be published.

We have been reviewed as a supplier, is the full assessment report available?
This is possible as a participant in OFFI® audited SUPPLIER programme. Detailed information and application form for participation is available on this page of the OFFI Institute website.

We have been reviewed as a supplier, can the ‘Expert rating’ be used for your own publication?
OFFI® Reviews is a freely accessible website and may be quoted with the clearly legible source reference: ‘OFFI® Reviews (www.offi.reviews)’. This also applies to postings on social media.

In what way is it possible for a manufacturer/supplier of a rated product to respond to the product review or product rating?
Each individual assessment can be responded to as an assessed manufacturer/supplier. This can be done exclusively and only by filling in the response form online. If a manufacturer/supplier has provided a written and reasoned response to a score, this will also be published.
